I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. I have extensive experience treating a variety of concerns including eating disorders, grief, trauma, relationship issues, mood and anxiety disorders. I am a couples' counselor, and I am a Christian. In my practice I teach mindfulness, improving communication, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, coping with stress and life transitions, improving your sense of well-being. I work with teens, adults, couples and groups.
