When limiting beliefs are replaced by positive, empowering beliefs, we can eliminate obstacles which are keeping you from becoming the best YOU, that you can be.
When life is swirling around you, it's sometimes difficult to sort out what's important from the distractions. Based on unfounded limiting beliefs we sort and prioritize all the while surrounded by exhausting distractions. I specialize in helping you identify and replace limiting beliefs opening up new possibilities for a happier tomorrow.
I am certified in Hypnosis and a certified Infinite Possibilities Trainer, I have training and experience in a wide variety of modalities such as PSYCH-K, EFT, BARS, Access Consciousness Body Processes, and NLP to name a few. I am also involved in Animal Assisted Intervention and place therapy and emotional support dogs.
