I specialize in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and mood dysregulation. I also treat youth who struggle with problematic sexual behavior. Utilizing evidence-based treatment, I am able to help individuals by inspiring thought and behavior changes.
I provide therapy from the Cognitive Behavior Therapy perspective. I also provide Exposure Response Prevention (ER/P) for OCD, anxiety, and panic attacks. I am also trained and certified in Problematic Sexual Behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (PSB-CBT) to help youth who have sexual behavior difficulties.
