My practice focuses on helping individuals and families who face life stressors associated with issues related to aging and caregiving. As an individual moves through life stages, they may experience a need for support, guidance, and normalization of emotional responses, which may range from depression, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed. If you are a caregiver or have found yourself in a caregiving situation and are experiencing stress, guilt or confusion on how to access resources, I am here to help. I utilize a holistic, client centered approach to help individuals and families.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Aging Life Care specialist. I have worked with the aging population and those diagnosed with severe mental illness in inpatient and private practice settings for over 15 years.
I provide a free initial consultation via telephone. My services include an in depth comprehensive assessment, psychotherapy and care coordination.
