I am a Licensed Social Worker whose counseling is evident to my clients across all ages and backgrounds. I am especially driven to help the adolescent and young adult population. I believe all people deserve the chance to be heard without judgement and possess the ability to take control of their lives so that positive changes begin to happen.
I have experience working with clients of all ages who suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Substance Use Disorders. I use a variety of modalities to help clients improve. I will help you develop coping skills, identify triggers and urges, building insight to addictive patterns.
My experience includes diagnostic assessments and treatment of Mental Health and Substance Use disorders. I am available for individual, couples and group counseling sessions. I counsel adolescents and adults from culturally diverse populations. My office is a safe environment where my clients can share freely, honestly, and have no worries of their confidentiality being breached.
