I am a caring therapist with 27 yrs experience specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, couples therapy & and abuse issues. I treat ages 12 - adult. I am a therapist with whom you will feel immediately comfortable.i am here to help you help yourself so you no longer need therapy. I will help you to rid fear from your thoughts. I teach meditation and am spiritual. I do past life regression therapy and was trained by Brian Weiss. I focus on short term therapy and I don't create dependency. I specialize in Brainspotting a technique that can cure phobias and performance anxiety.
I am well versed involving spiritual / meditative techniques - a methodology that can create incredible healing. I also use a Cognitive Behavioral approach for therapy which focuses on changing one's negative thoughts in order to change one's negative feelings and actions creating a much happier and more fulfilling life.
Therapy with me will focus on reducing fears. Fear often prevents healing and even trying. People fear that they are weak but I remind all my clients that just walking in to my office proves that you are strong because you are willing to look at your weaknesses and improve self.
