Are you struggling to stay in a frustrating relationship? Do you feel lonely even though you have a partner? I have experience working with a wide range of problems including communication, sexuality, betrayal, grief, anger, anxiety, and trauma. I love to help couples and families rediscover their joy in being together. I can help people better understand and express their emotions, and build on the strengths and resources they may not even know they possess. I am comfortable with people from many backgrounds and sexualities.
In addition to training in couple and family therapy, including sex therapy, I have recent post-graduate training in both solution-focused brief therapy for couples and individuals, and Discernment Counseling for couples on the brink of divorce. I bring more than 20 years of experience to my work with individuals, couples and families of all kinds.
