I have been working with children, adolescents, families and couples for 13 years. I have worked in a community mental health setting, schools, doctors offices, families homes, and in the community. I am continuously seeking education in order to provide the best and most appropriate therapeutic approach to what it is that you are seeking.
Whether I am helping you and your child build skills to better communicate with one another, create and implement coping skills in the face of fears or sadness, or process through a traumatic experience in a relationship, I am here to help you and your loved ones express and manage your thoughts and emotions to take the steps towards rebuilding and healing.
