I have been working in the field of mental health and addiction for over 20 years. I am also a certified hypnotherapist. I treat individuals and couples. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Hypnosis is very effective in treating trauma. I am also a certified master trainer of hypnosis. I have made it my life's mission to assist others in their journey of health and healing so that they can live life to the fullest. I utilize hypnotherapy in addition to cognitive therapy.
