Hi my name is Angie Mayo. I provide in person and teletherapy that exclusively focuses on strengthening the well-being of adult and adolescent women who are experiencing anxiety. I provide effective, research-based methods to help my clients make changes and feel better. My specific areas of interest include anxiety, relational issues, self-esteem and identity development, life transitions, and depression. I enjoy developing relationships with my clients and supporting them using a strengths based approach which feels supportive and non-judgmental.
If you think this sounds like something that you could benefit from feel free to email me and we can get started. If after the first session it's clear we are not the right fit I will wave the intake fee. Thanks and I hope to talk to you soon!
In addition to private practice, Angie has worked in a hospice setting providing family therapy, a counseling center for young adults, and a foster care setting counseling children, adolescents, and foster parents.
