I enjoy integrating healthy lifestyle choices into my practice. I mainly work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bereavement, and health issues (nutrition, sleep, chronic pain, etc). I am train in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I am a Psypact provider and can see clients in states that are approved.
I enjoy going on the journey with my clients and seeing the growth that happens throughout the therapeutic process.
