I am licensed in both Mental Health and Addiction Counseling specializing in helping individuals and families who struggle with mental health and/or addiction issues. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress from relationships, parenting, work, significant loss, or struggling with addiction or recovery, I can help. My style is to provide you with a supportive, confidential, non-judgmental space regardless of the issues, and help you discover your strengths to find meaningful solutions. I currently meet with clients both in person and via Telehealth.
As a therapist, I view client challenges from a holistic, solution-based perspective and use a variety of therapy approaches based on clients' individual needs and preferences. I bring to my practice over 25 years' experience having worked in various mental health, addiction treatment, and school-based settings.
In addition to individual, couples, and family counseling, I also conduct substance use assessments. Since I am dually licensed in both mental health and addiction counseling, I can provide thorough and fair evaluations with a range of recommendations for needed services.
