I have a wide range of skills, which have been nurtured from my involvements in community health activities, and tasks requiring a more collaborative way of thinking and feeling. I also study, teach and practice Spring Forest Qigong, which has given me a holistic perspective on health and well-being that is quite profound. I work with individuals and couples. I conduct groups with a focus on physical and emotional health and longevity.
My focus is to provide conversations which help the person see their circumstance with a higher understanding in order to construct different responses and interpretations in their current situation. I provide practical tools and techniques that are simply applied.
I utilize specific ways of accepting and finding meaning in one's current conditions with a gentle spiritual perspective and a genuine loving and safe environment
