Hi! I'm Linda Etim and I specialize in working with women and men who are in toxic or abusive/predatory relationships. My unique approach is designed to help you detach from and avoid these toxic relationships. I also work with individuals who are suffering from anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. As well I work with those experiencing work related stress, racial injustice and everyday life stressors. All of the above issues can threaten your physical and emotional wellbeing. I prescribe techniques that will help you to manage your symptoms while at the same time achieving overall wellness.
My overall goal is to inspire lasting change from within and to assist you in reaching your highest good in life. Using a combination of therapy and coaching I would like to help you get on your right path and experience peace, joy and happiness.
I provide individual therapy and couples therapy. I also offer online coaching and 3 day wellness retreats. I am currently offering Video and Teletherapy. Wellness Retreat
The Wellness Retreat is a 3 day (3 hour per day) group retreat designed to assist participants in striking a balance and making a choice to be well mentally, physically and emotionally. It is also designed to assist participants in finding joy from within themselves. Finally it will assist participants in discovering their life's purpose and getting on their right path where they will experience the gifts the Universe has to offer. These retreats are offered on line and dates to be determined. The fees for these retreats are paid directly by participants and are not eligible to be billed to one's insurance.
