My personal journey of Adoption has fueled my passion to provide unconditional and authentic support for families and individuals with warmth & compassion. Since 2007 I’ve been working in the mental health field in a variety of roles which have enriched my clinical practice. I have been incredibly inspired by working with adolescent and young adults navigate the challenges of childhood & current life circumstances.
I draw upon a strength based, resiliency building & collaborative style of therapy to empower families and individuals to find inner healing while providing tools to enhance their daily life functioning. I specialize in working with children ages 10 and older and love working with individuals & families navigating attachment and adoption related experiences
I have extensive experience helping individuals and families with anxiety, depression and trauma. I am EMDR trained and have extensive training in Adoption work with Adoptee individuals and Adoptive Parents. I also do relational work with couples and premarital counseling.
