I use family systems, strengths/empowerment, CBT, and emotionally-focused models. I have extensive experience with couples. I also work with people on unique faith journeys, including faith deconstruction and/or identifying as LGBTQ and religious. I use a trauma-informed lens to help build your capacity to engage in your relationships and the world.
