I specialize in treating individuals and couples who are struggling with issues related to sexual problems, gender identity, LGBTQ issues, postpartum depression and anxiety, and relationship problems. I am also well versed in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders.
My theoretical orientation to therapy is rooted in a strong belief in the principles of insight-oriented therapy, relational theory, mindfulness principles, feminist and multicultural orientations, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) approaches to change.
