By tapping into a client's spiritual belief system, we can effectively find hope for these issues.
The three things that we can control in our lives; thoughts, feelings and behaviors, are developed in our early childhood. By delving into our families of origin for insight (not to shame or blame) we can better understand and change harmful patterns that affect us today.
