Mental health is as important as physical health, but we don't really treat it as such at times. If you are feeling sad, worried, or anxious, then this has a real impact on your ability to enjoy and live your life. We all deserve to live life at its fullest and at times, life can make it difficult to do so. I believe that we all need support and help from others, but it can be hard to reach out to others when we need.
It is my hope that my work with my clients enable them to live their lives the way that they choose to, rather than feeling stuck in their current predicament. I have extensive experience working with people who struggle with depression and anxiety or with people dealing with life transitions.
