ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS . The Shani Project is a group practice meaning we have multiple therapist. (see pictures below or visit our website) We understand that choosing to come to therapy is a brave step and the first step in your personal healing journey. We listen with open ears, an open heart, and are slow to speak. It is important that you have the opportunity to be heard and tell your story. Therapy is a partnership and we at The Shani Project are your partner. We focus on validation and empowerment, through a non-jugdemental approach. In addition we use motivational speaking to inspire you to take charge and own your story.
I've practiced in many arena's; jail, day treatment, in-patient, in-home, and currently individual therapy. Due to my experience, I use those skills to run our group practice. You are the expert on your life and it is our goal to work closely with you to help you reach your goals.
I'm compassionate about emotional and mental healing. I want you to know you don't have to do this alone. I am willing to meet you there. In addition making sure the therapists that work within our company practice cultural humility.
