These past few years have added to life's difficulties and have increased feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty. I am here to help and I do so much more than the traditional talk therapy.
I have been a therapist for 17 years and I love what I do! I partner with clients to address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and more. To support growth, I utilize EMDR, Yoga Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic tools, skill-building, mindfulness, etc. I am now offering EMDR intensives for rapid trauma healing.
