I am the owner of DML Psychological Services, PLLC, with a primary office location in Farmington Hills, MI. I offer therapy, coaching, and consulting services to individuals and organizations. I have worked with clients of all ages, including adolescents and adults, and various professionals. I motivate and help others get unstuck, transition, and cope with chronic and/or situational stressors. My interests include performance anxiety, business owners and stress management, depression in athletes and entertainers, and effects of social media on mental health. I believe that if we improve our mental health, we would improve our overall quality of life.
Many physical symptoms stem from poor coping; others often remain in positions with which they are unhappy due to anxiety about change. I successfully work with clients struggling with severe challenges, and those that have problems subtle enough to go unnoticed, but impactful enough to wreak havoc on their lives.
Business owners have very unique needs, schedules, and tremendous stress related to running successful businesses. This stress over time causes them to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and discouraged. I have created a therapy and coaching session designed specifically for business owners and busy professionals. I offer both individual and group sessions.
