I am a licensed clinical psychologist currently providing therapy to adolescents and adults. My work is based predominantly on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a psychotherapeutic approach aimed at reducing distressed moods and problematic behaviors by identifying and altering maladaptive patterns of thought.
