I am not your typical therapist. My greatest passion throughout my career has always been working with people who are truly driven to change their lives. With a deep therapeutic connection, the right tools, and the motivation to increase the quality of your life, real change can and does happen. I provide an open, safe, and completely non-judgemental space to work on anything and everything. There is truly no limit to what we can tackle. I will not turn you away for having an intense or very hard lived experience. I specialize in EMDR, DBT, and somatic experiencing work. I provide highly customized treatment to every client.
We do the work as a dynamic team throughout therapy. I will get into the work with you, instead of just guiding you from afar. My ability to help my clients face themselves in a real and honest way with deep compassion and kindness is my greatest strength. I am known for providing real, honest feedback and tools that actually work from session to session.

My most successful clients are open, communicative, willing to do work between sessions, and are looking to face themselves so they can find liberation and more joy in this life.
