I have experience working with those who struggle with depression and anxiety, as well as relationship issues, loss and grief. I am also experienced in working with those overcoming addictions.
My background in bodywork and in body- centered therapy gives me a strong set of skills which can help people feel more grounded and experience a greater sense of mind-body integration.
