Adolescent Depression and Anxiety Support Workshop
Adolescent Depression and Anxiety Support Group: The next round of MCC's depression and anxiety support workshop series is starting in September! This workshop for teens (ages 14-18), is designed to highlight the importance of understanding the principles of self care, and building strong, healthy relationships in an effort to create a preventative lifestyle of healthy coping for depression, anxiety, and transition age stress. This 6 session, co-ed workshop will help enhance your teen's ability to understand their experience with depression and anxiety as well as the value of self care, boundaries, and communication for on-going healing.
