People come to counseling to seek support around jobs, relationships, addictive patterns, in hopes to live a more fulfilling and joyful life. I am a seasoned licensed mental health therapist that specializes in supporting adults and couples. I have advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy and nutrition. I support clients currently with anxiety disorders, depression, and addictions.
Before entering private practice, I have worked in hospitals, outpatient counseling centers, and medical offices. I have supported a variety of clients in different stages of their life. Some clients are focused on coping skills to better handle daily stress, while others need more intensive support around loss, addictions, and relationship conflict.
With written permission from clients, I coordinate care with doctors, lawyers, and psychiatric medication providers if needed. I share an office space with another mental health therapist.
