I have a particular interest in working with women during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys and have advanced training in the field of perinatal mental health. I also enjoy working with adults of all ages who are going through challenging life transitions, dealing with feelings of depression or anxiety or feeling overwhelmed by life stressors. I believe seeking counseling can be a first step towards healing and enhancing your overall well-being.
I embrace a compassionate, strengths-based approach and will collaborate with you to work towards your goals. I am a member of NASW and Postpartum Support International and have completed the Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training and Advanced Perinatal Psychotherapy Training.
