**Accepting new clients for mid April.** If life didn't feel stressful enough before, it now feels completely overwhelming. No matter how hard you try, you just can't shake the feeling that the other shoe is about to drop. You can't stop overthinking things and the worry is all consuming. Your mind is so busy mentally rehearsing all the what-ifs and worst-case scenarios that you are mentally drained and physically exhausted. It's hard to share these thoughts with others because no one seems to understand why you can't "just stop worrying." You try, but nothing seems to really work.
It would feel so good to not have to worry about ... well, everything. You crave feeling centered, balanced and in-control even when your world seems to be in chaos. You want to let go of old patterns and habits and embrace a new way of being in the world. It feels scary, but moving forward is the right next step to take. You can do this and I can help.
Availability will be for daytime hours only. All sessions are conducted via video/audio with no in-person visits. BCBS, Tufts (commercial plans only), and self-pay are accepted.
