I am an active, experienced, compassionate therapist with a sense of humor and a unique appreciation of the range of human diversity and the common human needs for attention, acknowledgement and achievement. I have respect for client's struggle to find joy, purpose, relaxation, recovery, and positive connection with others.

I work with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues and grief. I have experience with clients struggling to overcome past traumas. I use a holistic approach and advanced training in EMDR ( Approved Consultant) and Neurofeedback therapy, which are proven effective for the treatment of trauma and other health issues..
