I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. I utilize several theoretical orientations and value the importance of relationship in the therapy process.
Entering into therapy is a courageous decision and I commend you for the courage to seek help. I am only see clients through Telehealth. As of January 2022, I have no available spaces and have wait lists at both locations.
