I work to incorporate evidenced based therapy practices with the complex needs of individuals, tailoring each therapy to the client's needs. I have worked in hospitals, inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as college counseling centers. In my practice I work to develop a collaborative relationship with each client. I have extensive experience working with PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety disorders and depression.
I have worked for over 20 years as a psychotherapist. I hold a doctorate in counseling psychology. I use evidenced based practices in a flexible, individualized manner, tailoring treatment methods with the client's own strengths to work towards change.
