Hello, I am a therapist with an extensive history of working with clients of all ages who have had to deal with a multitude of mental health symptoms or difficulty managing the conflicts that arise for all of us as we attempt to find joy in a complicated world. My style is to be collaborative while providing culturally responsive therapeutic services to children, adolescents, families, and individuals, I look forward to working with clients to enhance their innate abilities to create positive change in their lives, with their relationships, and within the community they interactive with.
I feel it is my responsibility to be flexible in meeting the needs of all clients who come to me for therapy. Together we will discover the style of learning that best suits you in order to create an environment safe enough to address the concerns which bring you to therapy at this time.
I believe that for many reaching out and asking for help, support, or sharing inner concerns can seem like an unattainable process. I also believe that once a person makes the decision to reach out they begin to feel a sense of relief and hope. I feel honored to provide therapy and to be a part of someone's choice to engage in the therapeutic process.
