I am inspired to support and empower individuals, children and families. I am able to provide Art Therapy, Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy allowing clients to explore their individuality and process their feelings in a caring and compassionate environment. I am also EMDR Therapy Trained which can help clients through the processing of traumatic experiences.
With 11 years’ experience working with individuals, children and families, I support my clients with empathy and guidance as they develop an understanding of personal expression. I look forward to helping individuals, children and parents as they express and process feelings, build on current strengths and learn to develop new ones.
