Though the Covid-19 crisis has shifted priorities and focus for many of us this past year +, there are still many other issues that bring people to counseling, that still need and deserve attention. We can work on whatever you need now, whatever issues feel most urgent to you - families, partners, work, health, money, etc. Always, we'll focus on strengths, options, and possibilities, and decide together how best to move forward. Using a blend of coaching and counseling, we'll work to create your best life possible, both during this difficult time, and going forward.
I work with individuals and couples, have led various groups and workshops on topics such as: Caring for aging parents; Women in midlife; Stress Less Life; Self-care; Chronic illness; Couples counseling. I bring warmth, humor, life and professional experience, and believe the counseling relationship is a partnership, with you as the expert of your life.

"Living a #StressLess Life"
Life can feel stressful, and this past year plus - WOW! When we feel overwhelmed by a situation our bodies go into 'high alert' mode. When we feel more in control and better able to handle the demands on us, we can avoid the stress response that is so uncomfortable and so bad for our physical, mental and emotional health. In this workshop we will learn about perception and an arsenal of strategies to help us face challenges and live calmer, healthier lives. Group will be forming this summer, safely, in person, and/or virtually.
