Sex Addiction is a black hole. Getting help via a therapeutic relationship where the client can be heard, accepted, empathized with and helped to feel safe can lead to the healing of freedom from this addiction. Tools for growth, new strength, a greater life balance, clarity are used. I have a passion for coming alongside individuals who are seeking freedom from this addiction, helping them to see a path to that freedom and walking alongside them on that precious journey. The greatest satisfaction I derive is from seeing an individual attain his or her life goals through this special therapeutic relationship. First consult is free.
I have treated sex addiction via Carnes's 30 task model with individuals and groups and trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders via a variety of modalities. Treatment of these will build upon the trust of the therapeutic relationship that we will foster together. I am also fluent in Spanish, offering a bilingual and bicultural perspective as needed.

This group meets online every Monday night from 5:05 to 6:35 PM using the Carnes 30Task Model to gain sobriety from and get support for overcoming compulsive sexual acting out. Group members meet among themselves for an additional 45 minutes after the Facilitator leaves at the 90 minute mark. Members benefit from this psychotherapy group by working through of workbooks authored by Patrick Carnes, PHD and Milton Magness, D Min as well as getting accountability and support from other group members as directed by the facilitator. New members are vetted by taking 2 assessments administered by the facilitator.
