As a psychologist and life coach, I am most helpful when I support my clients in uncovering critical insights and gaining clarity around how limiting beliefs prevent them from creating a fulfilling life as their best selves. In my work with clients, I encourage and support them in strengthening their own sense of internal power as they make life choices that are more accurately aligned with who they believe they are and what they most value in their lives.

My professional strengths include: (1) my depth of life experiences that lend well to my ability to take a compassionate, empathic, non-judgmental approach with my clients; (2) my professional knowledge base; and (3) my personal style which is warm, direct, and empathic.
I have a spiritual bend for clients who are interested in creating a life that is aligned more closely with who they are. In this regard, my approach focuses much less on the notion of "pathology" and much more on the idea of growth and reaching one's true potential.
