I am an LMFT & Certified Sensorimotor Therapist. I operate from a psychobiological approach to treat & heal trauma, depression, anxiety, stress disorders, relationship distress, & "stuck" patterns. Through collaboration, compassion, creative interventions, science, and a little humor - we will utilize mindfulness & body-centered therapies to create a new & intentional personal narrative that supports your vibrancy & full potential. My practice, Pure Potential, employs clinicians who work with individuals (15+), couples, & families. Our clinicians meet in person & virtually AND can provide services in English & Spanish.
