I am a dedicated therapist with 25 years of experience working with diverse populations and situations, resulting in an ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents with differing and distinct needs. I provide a personable, relaxed, interactive, and collaborative style, using various models/modalities to meet individual therapeutic needs. I draw from numerous resources to develop a well rounded tailored treatment approach.
I utilize Standard and Non-Standard EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reconditioning) and Heartmath (Breathing and Heart Coherence) to address trauma. I've been trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), AF-EMDR (Attachment Focused EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, A.R.T (Aggression Replacement Training) and Brain Wise.
