She graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Clinical Counseling. Her training includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Relapse Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing, all of which she utilizes to help you reach your goals.

Lauren Hutton is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. Lauren believes in the resiliency and strength of all of her clients. She brings compassion and depth to each therapy session. Her main areas of focus include trauma, supporting clients who are on the gender spectrum, women's issues and anxiety. I am an intern working towards a dual degree in mental health counseling (MHC) and school counseling. I attend Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. I am currently working for RMU's counseling clinic via telehealth. I am also under the supervision of Lauren Prior here in Greeley.
