Welcome! Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Have you experienced a traumatic event that has left you feeling unsettled? Are you or a loved one overwhelmed by a chronic health condition? Have you experienced a recent loss? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have come to the right place. As your therapist, I am dedicated to supporting you in your healing process. It is my role to create a warm and safe environment for you to be comfortable sharing any thoughts and feelings that are hindering you from living your life to the fullest.
I am a client-centered, strength-based therapist. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes techniques from IFS, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Creative Expression. I am trained in Somatic EMDR, which targets chronic health conditions. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced early childhood, complex trauma.
I understand how difficult the first step to healing can be. The thought of being vulnerable with a complete stranger can be terrifying. It can also be freeing. I welcome you to reach out and give yourself the opportunity to express what might be holding you back.
