This time of year is stressful and maybe you are questioning your drinking or you know something needs to shift because you feel disconnected from who you want to be. People around you think you have it together, but they don’t know how much you drink or how anxious you feel. It’s exhausting keeping it all together and you want more from your life. Whether you are a gray area drinker, taking a break from drinking or fully in recovery, you are welcome here.
I help women find freedom in their relationship with alcohol. Together we can explore the root causes of your drinking and create goals and a plan to get you back to feeling your best. I work with a variety of treatment approaches, including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, EMDR for current or past traumas and neuroscience to lower anxiety.
My work is guided by my belief that counseling is a collaborative effort based on empathy and acceptance. I offer a non-judgmental relationship and safe environment where you can share your story. This group starts in mid-January 2024! A 6-week support group for women in mid-life that provides a much-needed opportunity for connection and discussion around this unique phase of our lives. We will explore the topics of mental and physical well-being, moving through menopause, changing relationships, shifts in purpose, meaning and careers, and so much more.
