Are you seeking to improve your relationships, to enhance your self-esteem, or to to heal from past trauma? If so, I may be the right therapist for you. My strength as a therapist lies in working with clients who struggle to understand why they continue to repeat the same problematic patterns in relationships, why they suffer from low self-esteem, and how to heal from traumatic events. If you are interested in working collaboratively with an experienced therapist to create the change you wish to see in your life, then I may be a good fit for you.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment that encourages curiosity and meaning making. We'll focus on your strengths and how you can use them to overcome challenges and create the change you wish to see in your life.
I am an LCSW with over 15 years of experience with women's issues, relationships, and trauma. I do take some insurance, but prefer to contract with you individually in order to ensure privacy and confidentiality. I am able to negotiate a reduced rate to accommodate your financial needs.
