I specialize in helping individuals heal the root of their anxieties, fears, and traumas so that they can put their energy back into enjoying life again (not just surviving). I will also help you grow by learning new ways to navigate upsetting emotions, challenging behaviors and thought patterns. Finally, we can work on envisioning the life that you've dreamed of, breaking down barriers that keep you from your best and focusing on identifying and building into your strengths.
I seek to bring a warm and attuned presence into every session and aim to help each individual feel emotionally safe in the rewarding work of healing the past. Each individual's healing path is unique and my work is centered on removing the barriers to living from your highest self through the Internal Family Systems (EMDR, EFT Tapping, Brainspotting too).
