Therapy offers a way to increase awareness of who we are, measure our limits, and expand our personal and interpersonal abilities to make significant changes. I believe we have within us the potential for a healthy and creative life. In the therapy process, we have an opportunity to discover and unleash that potential.
I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in Interpersonal Communication. I believe self-awareness and a clear, accurate expression of our feelings make change possible individually and in relationships. I have found this approach useful for working professionals (in medicine, law, etc.) with stressful jobs as well as in private life. Tools are essential
As a Jungian Analyst, I know that problems and solutions may involve deeper, internal aspects of our psychologies. The more we know and understand our true natures, the better we can creatively work with deeper, unconscious processes and better integrate them into our conscious lives.
