I work with adult individuals: professionals, students, stay at home and single parents. My practice welcomes people who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or from other cultures. All face their own set of challenges and each has her/his/their own set of unique experiences. Common issues addressed are: relationships, anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, grief and loss.

Therapy can help you increase your understanding of yourself and others, improve your relationships, improve your ability to deal with personal problems, increase your awareness about your strengths. In addition to alleviating suffering and pain, we work to understand how symptoms provide information that point to greater development and wholeness.

Adjunct ways I work in depth to facilitate emotional healing and psychological transformation is through dreamwork and sandplay. Also, the inclusion of my therapy dog in sessions (if you’re comfortable) can alleviate levels of stress and anxiety, improve mood, increase self-esteem, decrease fears, and improve coping.
