My approach to treatment is to provide a safe and open space that can enhance a unique journey toward healing and growth. My areas of emphasis include strengthening the bonding and attachment between infants and their caregivers, trauma resolution, depression, anxiety, guidance in personal growth, and relationship tension. I also specialize in working with children and adolescents with behavioral issues and parenting difficulties.
I have extensive experience working with at-risk youth and children who have endured trauma. My clinical approach is integrative using Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic.
