I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience and will work with you to find the most comfortable, safe approach to addressing your concerns and therapeutic issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Mindfulness and Solution-Focused approaches. I have extensive background in working with people who are struggling with drug and alcohol issues and will work with you towards recovery and an overall more serene life.

Depression, anxiety and trauma are among my specialties. I also specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and am skilled in Transgender matters. I deeply believe in the strength and hope that comes from an individual achieving a mind-body connection.
