Your life feels like an absolute $hit show most days but the show must go on. Your drug use has shattered all of your close relationships. You put on a fake smile, expensive perfume, your best cuff links, and you boss your way through the day. You may do the direct opposite; you get everyone out of the house, slink into bed, pull the covers over your head and pray for change because life just feels like it's too much to bear. It sucks and we get it. Let's work together to get your life feeling manageable again. We are a small, black owned practice with 2 generations and 35 years of combined experience. Bring your worst; we got you!
Our approach focuses less on diagnoses and more on reducing your distressing symptoms and behaviors. Raysha will use traditional talk therapy, combined with holistic body work, and a little biofeedback. Carolyn will help you navigate your substance use and cravings by exploring subconscious factors contributing to excessive use.
Neurofeedback combined with other evidence based tools can be the key to resetting your life. If addiction has taken over your life, neurofeedback and focused psychotherapy can help. If you or your child is currently struggling with life or school stressors, social or academic delays, let's talk about treatment options that DON'T include medication.
