I have a decade of professional experience working in schools, agencies, and private practice as a licensed professional counselor. I currently work with adults, adolescents, children, infants and groups. I have a Masters and an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders with a focus on trauma.
I have specialized training in trauma therapies recognized by the National Trauma and Stress Network: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), Psychological First Aid, and Skills for Psychological Recovery.
I also have training in Traumatic Grief Therapy, Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, Virtual Reality Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
